Header information is compressed to maximize workspace.       
Detailed budget info is displayed on demand enabling user to make the trade off between more summary detail or larger workspace.  
The same header is used to summarize a cross-media campaign.

Authorization status indicates campaign is ready to go. On hover, authorization history is displayed. 
If campaign is not authorized, pop-over indicates what is incomplete. Supervisors can toggle internal approval.
